We are looking for caring members to join our close, dedicated team in the Redruth, Camborne and surrounding areas.  We provide care and support for elderly and disabled individuals within their own homes, enabling them to remain with their families and maintain their independence.  If you are looking for a new job or a career change we have amazing opportunities in Care.  If you have your own car and have a FULL Driving Licence and if you are an experienced carer or indeed non experienced - it doesn’t matter, as we will give you all the training you need and regularly update you with new courses.

We have a team of over 30 staff.  All domiciliary staff are either working towards or have obtained a minimum of Level 2 in NVQ or Apprenticeship in Care. So by joining our care team, you can help people return home from hospitals with the safe knowledge that they have carers to support them, help them regain their independence, achieve their goals and live comfortably within their own homes.  We are looking for both male and female carers, to work flexible shifts on part time, or full time contracts (0 hours/bank contacts not available).

As a company, we offer a competitive rate of pay, and you will receive paid, in house training - and whilst you are working in the community, you are paid for your time spent travelling and paid a set rate for your mileage - as well as your FaceTime with the clients. We are also on the government pension scheme. All new staff go through our buddying system, to help ensure that our high standards of care are kept up, and that our staff and clients are happy and comfortable within their role. We will also support you with enrolling onto further education to suit your role, such as an NVQ or Apprenticeship in health and social care.
